Welcome to StreamNinja. By accessing or using our website and tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
1. Nature of the Service
StreamNinja is a free, web-based technical diagnostic tool designed exclusively for analyzing M3U/M3U8 playlist syntax and testing network stream connectivity.
Crucial Disclaimer: StreamNinja does NOT host, provide, store, or link to any audio, video, or media content. We do not sell IPTV subscriptions, provide access to pirated streams, or distribute playlists. The tool strictly analyzes URLs and HTTP headers provided by the user.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use StreamNinja only for lawful, diagnostic, and educational purposes. By using this tool, you agree NOT to:
- ✗Use the tool to facilitate copyright infringement or piracy.
- ✗Submit URLs containing illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
- ✗Attempt to overload, DDoS, or compromise our servers.
- ✗Use automated bots to abuse the API endpoints at a massive scale.
- ✗Use the tool to bypass DRM or regional legal restrictions.
3. User-Submitted Content & URLs
You are solely responsible for the M3U URLs and playlist links you submit for analysis. StreamNinja operates on a zero-storage policy; submitted URLs are processed temporarily in RAM and are never saved to a database.
However, during the analysis process, the server must make network requests to the URLs you provide. You must ensure you have the right to request access to those URLs and that testing those streams does not violate the terms of service of the hosting provider.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
StreamNinja is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- →The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- →A channel marked "Live" will remain continuously operational. (Stream statuses are accurate only at the exact millisecond of the test).
- →The results of the analysis are 100% accurate. Network conditions can occasionally result in false positives or negatives.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, StreamNinja, its developers, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
This includes damages resulting from your reliance on the analysis reports generated by the tool, or from your inability to use the service.
6. Third-Party Links & Servers
The M3U playlists and stream URLs you analyze belong to and are operated by third parties. StreamNinja has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party servers or websites.
7. Intellectual Property
The StreamNinja source code is open-source and subject to the MIT License. However, the StreamNinja name, logo, and distinctive visual design elements are the intellectual property of the project owners and may not be used to endorse or promote competitive commercial products without explicit written permission.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
